Jeffrey Hausfeld, MD, MBA

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Hausfeld brings more than 35 years of combined experience in clinical medicine, healthcare entrepreneurship, and strategic life-science leadership. He began his career in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery after earning his M.D. at Yale School of Medicine and later earned an M.B.A. in healthcare at Johns Hopkins University.

As Chairman of the Board at Lumigen Biotechnology, Dr. Hausfeld guides the clinical vision and governance of the company’s targeted oncology portfolio. He is known for bridging medical insight with entrepreneurial rigor, helping early-stage therapies advance toward meaningful patient impact.

Dr. Hausfeld holds his M.D. from Yale, his M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
